It will be a live training on a DW-1000 spray dryer
at the pilot facility of COSUN Inicio near Rotterdam in The Netherlands.

Spray Dry Works (SDW) has more than 20 years’ industrial experience in drying and spray drying in particular, and over 4 years in design and delivery of skids. We deliver technical solutions for small and medium sized driers and agglomeration units, up to 150-liter water evaporation capacity. All our units are completely electrical and plug and play.

We have more than 8 drier skids delivered for various powder productions. Ferments, probiotics, dairies, insects, color agents, flavors and mineral slurries. Markets are for feed, food and pharmaceutical industry, making powders out of a watery solution, slurry or emulsion. On our production facility a CAD engineer, design engineer and production staff are working permanently.

We have rental drier available till 100-liter water evaporation capacity per hour. A plug and play unit, completely electrical.
